I had swim bonding camp for the entire week, staying overnight at the loft. Had 3 times training session for the week and realised my stamina still so bad. Unlike the other girls' stamina damn good. WHY NICOLE WHY. Nvm, thats why i decided to attend the trainings more often, twice a week or even going for all trainings. Then since i have attended the gym orientation, i have acces to the gym! :D So shall go there more often. Or maybe, go to the track for a run. And, i kinda miss dancing so i think i will start doing those stretching stuffs on my own. Because flexibily helps in swimming.
So, TARGET:
1. Freestyle 50m at least 32s. (personal best is 33.35s)
2. Breastroke 43s
3. Able to split again. (w/o any difficulties)
